Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment.   Central and really friendly hotel where pets are welcome. We had an early start so we were offered and provided with a breakfast to go. I highly reccomend this hotel. - Good location. Very nice environment. Staff was friendly and helpful took the time to provide some tips on travelling in Belgium. Excellent breakfast.
