I would rate it 10 out of 10. - Very Homely... the neatest, cleanest, and friendliest hotel so far on my travels around belgium... Given so few stars, I was impressed. The lift was extremely helpful for heavy bags and location was brilliant.

It's well designed apartment, with AC which i liked so much cuz the weather was really hot. The apartment is comfy and beautiful,perfect for couple. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The area is quite and away from the center noises, so you could enjoy ur sleep. Near the place there are lovely bars and cafe 3min walk.

The place is located the center of Antwerp and very well furnished
with nice welcoming touches like flowers, cakes, water and coffee

I cannot rate or reccommend Aplace, Antwerp highly enough. Karin is a generous host, whose attention to design, detail and the comfort of her guests is exceptional. The location on a charming square in the lovely old part of the city is unbeatable. My small son, my mother and I all loved Antwerp and our stay at Aplace. We were sad to leave!

The residence is absolutely amazing. When you arrive, you're given a pair of slippers for free and you're asked to choose your pillow from a selection of four ones. Very spacious and quiet room, extra large and extremely comfortable bed (1,80 x 2,00 m). We loved the vintage / antique decoration and the fact that the room had no TV contributed to the vintage-feel. The central location as well as the assiatance with the parking.
With a right hand drive car on the continent the helpfulness of the parking gent and the property owner in getting out of the car park was most appreciated.
With the accomodation being centrally located access to the city was excellent on foot.
It was confortable and the idea that some items would be already in the fridge and some tea/coffee being available was excellent.
