Talk about feeling welcome. When we arrived Nicole the manager gave us the grand tour of their facility. They've got a pool table, up scale restaurant, and the view is to die for. Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.
