The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. Staff were very professional and helpful with all our questions. They gave us a lot of guidance before arrival and during our stay and also gave us some really good recommendations for restaurants and other non-ski activities.
Rooms was spacious and well lit with very good high pressure (and always hot) showers.
Restaurant food was great and the location was perfect for our visit.

Friendly staff and lovely surroundings. The Summer Card for visitors was extremely useful and very generous giving free access to cable cars, lake cruise and museums. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay longer next time. -
