easy walking distance to west banhof. If you are fastidious for cleanliness then this is the place. Breakfast is short and simple,just a couple of rolls with bitter and jams,tea, coffee,but its still pleasant. One little lady does it all,very efficient and polite. The value for money is excellent within Wien, comparing to the average prices. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Altough it is very close to the rain station, we didn't notice any noise. Easy to reach the Schonbrunn and the city center.

We appreciated the large, spacious room, the comfortable bed, the friendly staff, the good coffee, tea and delicious jams served at breakfast. Location close to main station in Vienna. Accommodation for 5 ladies. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Great price. Good (continental)breakfast. We stayed for one night before travelling to Salzburg, and one night on our return from Salzburg. We loved the location. The room was large and very clean. Being next to the Bahnhof, the room was also very silent. Its location, just 5 minutes from the main train station. Also, the room was very spacious and very clean. Very goog helpful staff everything as promised on the Internet cheers thank you. Close to Schoenbrunn Schloss and close to Strassenbahn and U-bahn. near to the main train station. The rooms are gigantic. Very good hotel. Recomended. A+++. good location, friendly personell. No kitchen provided simple breakfast good location. Good location, quiet area, clean rooms. Vienna transport system is hard to understand. o.k. if you go on Ubahn,(maps available) but its a devil trying to follow the tram & bus system.Out of westbanhoff follow Mariahilfer for 400 mtrs. Hotel is not in the most exotic location but that's not their fault.Still good value. Rooms could be more homelike. Some carpets on the floor easily can help on it. The breakfast is rather basic so we would recommend increasing a bit its variety. A small fridge and jug would be nice to make a simple meal or cup of tea. It is quite noisy at night as there is a hostel close by. The lady at the front desk was very efficient but could have been alittle bit more friendlier. Not having internet nowadays is a little surprising and inconvenient. Something should be done about this. Payment was cash only! This should be notified in advance! Also, breakfast is a joke. Bread, butter and jam... I've seen way better for the same price. Bread wasn't even freshed, that's bad. there is no wifi at the rooms or lobby. poor breakfast, and missing Internet connection. No chance to check urgent e-mailneither from own laptop nor from the hotel's one. poor quality bedding - especially for Austria; not so close to public transport. Miserable staff, no air con or fan and it was 32 degrees that weekend, wanted cash only had to argue with them to accept my card.
