  The design of this hotel is superb! It has the charm, warmth and elegance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We got upgraded to a lake view room and I wish we could have stayed there longer. The view is breath taking. The room had all the ameneties, bath room ameneties are excellent to the details.   It was a unique experience, just a super hotel. My room was enormous and the others in my party had little apartments.   Room decor outstanding and very comfortable. Traditional Austrian style with gorgeous woodwork throughout. Cost was very reasonable for such a beautiful place. The views of the surrounding mountains and lake are breathtaking, although from this location they are interrupted by other buildings. Staff able to speak English which was an help. Fresh trout - Friendly staff who spoke English fairly well, a clean room with a partial view of the water and town (and the next building) and a great restaurant downstairs. They also offer (included in room) a good breakfast of cheeses, breads yogurt and cereal, etc.
