Rooms are very spaciously, lightly with terraces. Nice and comfortable fashion furnitures, extremely clean. Room and restaurant had amazing view. Good wi-fi connection. It is a newly built hotel with big and well decorated rooms and balconies with great view of the nature.The staff, especially Yulia was very helpfull and gave us a lot of information about what to do and to see at the area.The free sommercard that they provide us gave us to visit many places and save a lot of money.The food was always fresh and well cooked.We also enjoyed the sauna after a cold day in the mountains.

Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and bright, maybe because it was very newly built. Rooms were well made up and bed comfortable. Lovely view over the surrounding countryside from your room (if you pay the extra for the upgrade!). Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food plus 'friendly' opening hours i.e. 7- 11am. -

A very nice hotel- well designed, quiet, close to public transit so you
don't have to drive in Graz. Nice rooftop terrace and great
breakfast. Staff is helpful with suggestions and logistics. -

La qualità dell'offerta - Lovely decoration, beautifull clean rooms, reasonable price, a bit far, but with good bus connections. The staff contacted a cab for us, and gave us discount cupons, so we went to the city and back for 15 euro. ( We are a party of 5) - A very nice hotel with excellent facilities and quality/price ratio really good

The situation of this hotel, in a beautiful village, the friendly staff, excellent food and general ambience makes it a recommended place to visit. The many walking trails are well signposted with superb scenery. We travelled by public transport from Vienna with no problems. We will return.

la camera, pulizia, accessori, spazio,personale è nello standar (buono) della catena Mercure posso aggiungere che la posizione dell' hotel è al confine della zona blu (parcheggio a pagamento e si deve pagare) e che raggiungere la zona pedonale a piedi è un pò distante - Camera grande e accogliente
