Such a beautiful location. All the staff were great. I don't understand an earlier comment about the food, it really is fantastic.
But, and it's a small but. If you're doing the half-board deal, the evening meal follows a set pattern most of the week. There's little choice, but we only had a couple of dishes that didn't work for us.

Excellent hotel, one of the best I ever stayed in. Vast Spa area with all nice details (e.g. turkish sweets, nuts, tea), tasty food. Rooms are nice, and the public areas are stylish but comfortable. -

The hotel and staff were outstanding. We had problems reaching the hotel (zell am see) due to the damage done by floods in austria. But the hotel owner Ms. Elizabeth, guided us perfectly. This is a very good quality hotel in an excellent location right next to the piste, CityXpress gondala and ski hire yet only 2 minutes walk to the town centre and lakeside. The food was excellent and the level of service throughout the hotel was friendly and very efficient. Our double room had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains beyond and was well appointed with a mini bar, safe and a seating area (sofa and chair). This is an outstanding hotel in every respect.

The ski depot room is very comfortable. The meals are very tasty, with good assortiment, adapted also for the kids.

We loved the place! It is the first time we have arrived in an apartment, and the place actually looks like the pictures on the web. Amazingly cosy and well equiped. We lived in appartment TopC3. The bedrooms are of a good size, and the living room/dining area is excellent. I can only recommend this place.

Everything is just perfect !!!! We had a doubt about the photos - are they real?
Everything is just the same as in photos,
even the smallest details. Good location, nice view, great SPA, fully equiped kitchen. If somebody will not like this self - catering appartment, it won't be the appartment's problem - it will be the problem of travelers.
