We found our perfect place in the Alps. The location and facilities were amazing. Great for families, because of the animals, playground and games. Close to many attractions for families. Extremely clean and well outfitted apartment. We also enjoyed the sauna, which accommodated our family of 4. .

Everything is perfect! The house was decorated very well. It's inviting and cozy. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There are good stoves, pots and a coffee maker. It's like a home. The room has a wonderful view of lake Hallstatt and Mt. Dachstein. Elisabeth, the owner of Apt. make trip so easy for us, she is a great host. It felt us that we stay at our own house. Its clean and warm. Probably staying at Obertraun is better then hallstatt which is less touristic and more close to Mt. Dachstein.

The best thing about this place is definitely the hosts and their hospitality. They make every effort to make your experience feel like home. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Everything that you may happen to need during your stay is already there. There is parking on the grounds and location is bit secluded and away from the lake but beautiful

The facility had a lot of "ginger-bread" options. Nothing was lacking! Our room was extremely comfortable with a sink and mirror in it. We also had an extremely we-stocked kitchen/dining room and very nice private bathroom across the hall. The Host and Hostess were extremely gracious! Their home is within 1.5 km of Halstatt but outside the bustle of town. We loved it and would consider going back for a more extended stay!

we've been amazed by the comfortable and spotlessly clean room, from where we have a perfect view of the mountain and the surroundings.
The house owner offered us attentive help (print of local maps, suggestion on walking route )and considarate service (the breakfast is best one on our whole trip, thankfully, the warm water for drinking, which is so important for Chinese ), Everything makes us feel at home .

I loved the location of the hotel. I loved the size of the room; it was alot bigger and alot more comfortable than what I was expecting. I loved the interior decoration. It was very cosey. Mi è piaciuto tutto, per questo abbiamo anche soggiornato un giorno in più. Ottimo anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Molto pulito. Bravi. -
1. A terrific place for children - a huge lawn, a swimming pool, a childrens' playground, and quite a few toys, so that the kids can enjoy themselves.

Very cozy residence! We stayed here for 1 week in July with my kid of 4 years old. It was very comfortable for us 3 to cook and eat and it was very convenient to do many activities around there. The bed is very comfortable, and it is the most comfortable bed in all my trip in Czech and Austria; the house has everything you need for cooking, although I don't have any materials since the supermarket is closed when Saturday and Sunday. It is very close to the bus station, and train station, only 1 min walking distance.

The place was clean, quiet. The room was spacious, with a nice kitchen and a good, clean bathroom.
We loved the balcony! You could enjoy the sights of the Dachstein mountains and of the surrounding landscape even in rainy days!
In hot days, the room was refreshing, in cfould days, the room was warm.

It's a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment, run by a friendly couple. The location is also lovely: it is quiet and surrounded by beautiful mountains!
Tip: the local grocery store is closed daily from 12-15h, and after 12h on Sat (closed on Sun), so plan to bring your basic cooking needs, if you arrive outside these times. -

Everything! The owner was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - quiet, close to the lake, 5min drive to Hallstatt. The apartment has all the facilities needed. I would recommend this stay for anyone. We will be back.

We arrived on a Sunday and didn't bring our own food, and were offered a breakfast prepared by our hosts for the following morning. It was lovely!
