While looking for apartment, we thought of booking it within Vienna Innere Stadt. Considering affordability we settled on Kimi Immobilien. And our choice turned out to be fantastic. Terrific location - just outside the Ring, 2 minutes from public transport, Rathaus, a cheap supermarket nearby and several restaurants within 0-5 min. walk.
The stuff is very helpful & friendly. We had all the facilities we needed inside the apartment, which is comfortable & cosy.

This apartment is close to St Stephans Cathedral, Hofburg, St Peter's, the U1 Stephansplats station. Most of the museums are within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and the key arrangement was easy. -

We liked of everything very much. The hotel is located on a nice small street in the center, five minutes to St. Stephane. Design is very lovely and made with attention to details. There are convenient mattress and pillows for sleeping lovers. Alexander and Dasha were very friendly and helpful . We also used airport transfer provided by Alexande

I enjoyed every minute staying in Chez Cliche! The interior is even more interesting then at the pictures, the design is on all details, the distantion is wonderful! Its in the heart of Vienna, near all tourist places, a lot of bars, caffes and shops are nearby. The apartments had everything I need, I enjoyed Vienna and didn't think of anything else. Thanks very much to the Dasha and Alexander, they were really friendly and helpful !!!

The manager was a very accommodating man. The location is perfect for getting around the city and near the airport if you are flying in. The apartment was very clean with all new appliances, cable, and wifi. I stayed for one night with a group of co workers and this was by far the best deal in town! -

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, nice, clean and neat. Overall a very good value for money if travelling on a budget but looking for an alternative for a usually overpriced 3 star, dusty hotel. -
