Great location for travelling through Tamworth. Clean and well- maintained, albeit older in style. Comfortable. Served our purpose well for an overnight stay while passing through. Check in & out process was well managed. Meals were great and delivered to your room, as the dining room was being renovated. Some motels, "its sorry for the inconvenience". Staff were very helpful.

The Manager was extremely helpful and welcoming and the room we had on the ground floor and opening onto the pool area was really comfortable. The room was very comfortable and there was very little noise despite the proximity to the main road. Friendly lady on reception, clean reasonable room-had a budget room near highway and not noisy. staff very friendley and careing thank you fore your kindness to me in a very stressley time. It was in a very convenient spot for us in terms of exploring Tamworth. Very lovely staff :). Bed was comfortable. Reception was very friendly. Room had a hair dryer. Shower was good. location friendly reception clean and neat generously with supplies eg shampoo and soaps. Nice simple and cheap place to stay. Rooms were older style but clean. Staff were nice. Was warm inside and people were pleasant. Spacious, good sized table, quiet. Hot spring, Nurray Gallery. A better mattress. Value for money. Lovely receptionist who made me feel at home. Swimming pool and spa. The set out of it. Room we were in was closest to the road, could hear some traffic noise through the night. Can't think of anything. Can;t think of anything. Didn't stay long enough. the weather. Disappointed the Frog and Toad wasn't opened the night we were there. However only due to circumstances. leaky plumbing set up of bathroom toaster set of smoke alarm. Swimming Pool looked dirty down childrens end. Would have liked to have some plates and cutlery in the room, as a toaster & microwave is provided but no means of eating anything. The Pillows were hard. Nothing.. The water pressure in the shower was low and it was difficult to maintain the temperature. Not a thing. Curtains did not cover the very large window side-to-side. Staff were going to rectify this problem. Outdated decor, no exhaust fan in bathroom or toilet, old bathroom. Nothing. Nothinge. Nothing. There was not enough water pressure in the shower. Shower very poor. I don't want this to go against the people who run the motel but the bed was too low and broken on the right hand side. We also had trouble with the door lock coming back once to find our room unlocked after the maid had cleaned. The bed was uncomfortable, very hard mattress. The bed was far too soft. No joy in sleeping on top of each other because you keep rolling into the middle. The reception and the rooms smelled of stale cigarettes, the bed linen smelled of stale cigarettes. The rooms were not very sound proof, we could hear the other guests walking and talking around us. No kitchen equipment, got stiff neck from bed. unavailble wi-fi. The noise from the highway. Took a while to find lights. Dust covered table and desk on arrival. While driving around other more modern motels had better prices. Was told on arrival that the budget room I booked was no good and noisy, so was forced to pay for upgrade. Old old old old old. But not in a good way LOL.... Time for a revamp. Has a very 70's brick feel. Cramped bathroom facilities and no room for hanging clothes in shower area Limited space in lounge/dining room for 4 persons No comfortable seating in lounge area. The bed and need some sort of a kitchen. Facilities were very basic. We were not expecting 4 star accommodation however for the cost we expected something a little better. As we all go to a motel to primarily sleep,bed comfort is the one primary objective. In this case ,a massive fail.
