The location was great. Just off the beach. Comfortable apartment.
Directions to enter the apartment weren't great. The apartment wasn't very sound proof meaning that traffic noise was audible from 6am. Some renovations were also being completed nearby with the drill sounding very close.
superb location & facilities would book again without hesitation great cafe for breakfast.
The location was great-2 blocks to the beach and lots of restaurants, stores, walking paths, markets and transit. We were in town for a wedding and rented a 3 bedroom unit and a 1 bedroom unit. The 3 bedroom unit had 2 large corner wrap around decks. The kitchen was well set up for cooking and appliances were all good. The units were very clean and the staff (who we didn't have much contact with) were friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom was spacious & had a tub in addition to the shower. We had a 3 year old with us and their is a playground across the street. The area was highly recommended by a local who was impressed with the apartments.
Hard to think of any thing bad however it could be better marked from the outside. A larger coffee maker would be helpful for a group. The décor is very stark & modern but that is just an individual preference. The 3 bedroom did not have a tub which is nice to have on a vacation but the shower head was amazing!
• Modern and fully equipped apartment including a massive led 3d tv with a PlayStation 3 which I enjoyed with the kids. • Clean and fresh appearance • It is only a couple of blocks away from the beach. • There is a beautiful Café and Organic Shop on the ground floor, perfect for a great morning coffee and breakfast.
• There are limited car spaces available. So due to my late booking, they were all taken. So I needed to park on the street. • There is no security safe in the apartment
Dedign is excellent, very comfortable & well set up. Light, bright, pretty well equipped. Very responsive to cleaning calls; bed very comfortable.
No tea towels or oven gloves made cooking a little tricky. A Nespresso machine would make it perfect )) also no real tea? That was weird (only peppermint & green tea). Pillows could be a lot better.
Really comfortable accommodation with everything we needed! Great location with only a short walk to the beach. Really loved it and would definitely bring the family to stay there again.

The location was great. Apartment was really clean and well equipped. Nice balcony. Near to the beach and bus stops. Very comfortable.
Completely impersonal. All electronic checking in. No reception.

Close to beach, modern facilities, I liked the key code system.
Fridge door handle broken made it awkward to use, fairly noisy Management not very accessible , Would have been nice to have had a cleaning service midweek, And to have access to rubbish bins via a code
Nicely furnished. Clean. Spacious. Staff in organic shop nice.
Microwave didn't work Tumble drier bearings gone No bedside lamp for reading had to get out to turn lights off. Very noisey at night cleaners? Didn't like getting snapped at because I didn't find information book straight a way when I phoned up. No batteries in 3D glasses. Bulb gone in bedroom light and I didn't want to phone and ask. Kitchen dining chairs uncomfortable.
Neat and tidy, good lighting, very modern ideal for a short stay.
Modern square bathroom sink not plug so impossible to shave without running hot water continually. 3D tv glasses needed batteries. However these were minor things.
