Easy to locate if you have never been to the area before. Very comfortable bed, hosts very helpfull with a complimentary pick up and delivery service to all local restruants. -
The couple who run this B&B were very welcoming. It was a clean and very comfortable place to stay and very reasonably priced

Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, went out of their way. Our rooms couldn't have been more comfortable - really value for money, not depressing like some motel rooms. And to be right on the river was just beautiful. -
My grandson borrowed the owners fishing pole and went fishing. It was clean and just what we expected.

We were in the suite with a courtyard. It was very spacious and well equipped with a nice outlook onto the courtyard garden.
The staff ( who were relieving the owners) were friendly and helpful.
The motel is right opposite a great restaurant and wine bar. -

we liked everything about this villa we were in except for the front steps we are all over 70 and pretty fit but the steps were steep. The back ones were better but didnt have a hand rail.But beside that the villa was beautiful clean comfortable beds nice outside.We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. -

We were provided with all of the information required to gain entry to the apartment as there is no on site staff. Instructions were clear and accurate. The place was clean with great kitchen, bathroom and washing facilities. We were only here for a small stopover though so didn't really have the chance to utilize them that much. -

Had a lovely weekend with great accommodation, great food and close to lots of interesting places and things to do. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and comfy. The proprietor was freindly and very helpful. Not having used letsbookhotel.com before, i'm pleased to say i found the whole booking process very easy. -

Leonie and Lou made us feel special with their incredible hospitality. The rooms were not only comfortable but the meticulous attention to little touches to make the stay more comfortable reflected their love for people. It has to be mentioned that I have never seen a cleaner bathroom in any hotel or b & b. Six stars!! Highly recommended. -

It was a cold evening when we arrived, so having a fire already set in the sitting room fireplace was marvellous. The cottage is beautifully appointed and stocked with everything you need. Great birds to see outside. -

It was lovley, clean & nicely decorated accommodation . It was easily able to accommodate 6 of us in 3 bedrooms & with 3 bathrooms. We were able to walk across the road to go out dining, which was wonderful. It is also a 2 min walk to Hepburn Spring Spa, -
