The staff right from checkin to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. We were travelling with my parents and we all agree it was a lovely experience. We ate in the restaurant and the food was terrific. -

Fantastic friendly reception on arrival, reasonable sized rooms, clean and functional. great having breakfast included, and restaurant on site was a definite bonus. i would definitely stay here again, so far best motel we have used in Goulburn as far as value for money and service go.

The view of the river was great and we enjoyed being able to sit outside our room and have breakfast in the sun or walk on the grass (we had a lower level room which opened onto the garden). The tea/coffee making facilities and supplies were appreciated and generous in their amounts. -

We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Friendly helpful reception from the new operator/owners. Clean comfortable units with all the expected motel facilities. Good advice on options for eating out and transport to RSL or Golf Club. Service could not have been more obliging; ill friend travelling all needs met moving rooms. Food beautiful; staff very friendly; sport shop next door children loved. Girls loved pizza by the pool and drinks; lots of laughs. Staff welcoming to visiting family and friends; extras staying no problem for minimal cost. :)

As the motel is a bit out of town we ate at the motel restaurant. It was very nice food, steak cooked as requested. The pork belly was lovely and vegetables were perfect as well. The bed was large and comfortable and all amenities were provided. -
The rooms were quite and you could not hear your neighbours TV or upstairs visitors or traffic. Facitiliies were very clean & modern. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was good and an easy drive into the Motel reception area.

The lady that owns and runs this motel was fabulous. She called me on the morning that I was arriving to see if I needed to be picked up from the airport! Transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport were included! She was so helpful! The room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy. Lots of little special touches that would make me recommend for short

Everything. Karen was wonderful. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant. She said that was not a problem and provided a fantastic breakfast for us. I loved the quiet & peaceful surrounds & the open country view from the balcony.Just beautiful. Cows in the paddock ( on my first visit) were a picture of contentment ! The balcony was a lovely place to sit and relax after a day of driving, or in the early morning with a cup of tea.

Travis and Justina were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. My wife had had a tummy bug the day before we arrived and wasn't in much form during our brief stay; however, Travis and Justina did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were given magazines and power supplies to charge our phones. I'd love to return here and explore the area around Albury-Wodonga - the Sundowner Hume Country Motor Inn would be an ideal base

Staff were very friendly. I rang ahead to advise we would be arriving late. So they org. the key to be left in the room. Very clean and the bed was very comf. and so was the pillow. Have been traveling a bit lately. As these have been the best so far. Very happy and would stay there again. -

The room had 12 power outlets! 12! and 4 of them were either side of the bed.
The Air con was new and worked brilliantly.
The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids.
There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids.
