The staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartments were clean and spacious. The location was fantastic and easily within walking distance of the town, shopping, restaurants and river walk. We had a great stay and just wish it had been longer. -

We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Location of hotel was great - only 500m from Circular Quay and about 5min walk to Opera House. My fiance and I will definitely be coming back to the

I had spent three days hiking so was looking for a hotel room with a spa bath. The Heritage Hotel room was perfect. The spa filled fairly quickly, there was plenty of hot water and the jets were strong. The towels were large and very soft. The motel room was spacious with a dining setting and microwave as well. Most suitable accommodation within budget. With Ample living room and bedrooms and beds, and full kitchen functions including oven, the trip to Coffs harbour was most enjoyable.
Bed sheets were also clean with good bedroom amenities including 2nd TV with Foxtel in 1st bedroom and ensuits in all bedrooms.

The friendliness when we arrived after a 5 hour drive. The spacious of our apartment which was upgrade from a deluxe one bedroom to a two bedroom. Plus, as we were staying with another couple our balconies were just across from each other so communication was easy. Good old fashion service with a smile.

The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends

The room had 12 power outlets! 12! and 4 of them were either side of the bed.
The Air con was new and worked brilliantly.
The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids.
There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids.
There is a heated pool and spa which were very well kept.

I liked that the Metropole is in the middle of town and is close to the railway station for those without a car. I liked the historic building with its lovely old, but well maintained structures, including the walkway from the back carpark to reception. It is a delight walking through the area with its ferns, goldfish, etc. -

Hotel was old school setting as well as modern which was great. I will be staying again later this year and will recommend this hotel to everyone going to the blue mountains.

Standard Queen room was good. Decor tasteful and pleasant, particularly liked the bedsides and would be delighted to have supplier's name and contact details. Staff delightful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's big and spacious and can accommodate 7 pple (3 double beds and a single bed). The apartment looks very brand new and clean. The toilets are very clean and one even has spa bathtub. All of us love the apartment and enjoyed our one night stay there. Lastly, it's very extremely value for money as it costs AUD 280 for 6 of us a night!

The staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful and the location is ideal being close to Central Station and all forms of public transport to get around easily. We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)

It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful.
I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.

Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy
