  Large, clean room; beautiful surroundings both inside and outside the hotel; very good staff; good breakfast. The hotel provides excellent value for money. In fact, we booked out of the Hunter Valley Resort (Resort? What a joke!) despite having paid for the night and checked in here. The price of bed and breakfast at the Kirkton Park was less ... cosa dice la gente » than one night at that dump. - After visiting you on a number of occasions it was nice to receive our regular room at a discounted price. It was also nice to see more guests there than at any previous visit. As we travel up Sunday and return Wed is was real value for money. The grounds are now looking in great condition.

  Overall I think its a great place - neat, comfortable with a warm home feeling, loved the on areas with fireplaces!. Staff were excellent and willing to help. The restaurant Chez Pok is fantastic! They catered for our gluten free requirements really well and the food was amazing! - Location and spacious grounds.
