  Rooms were amazing, we stayed in the Heritage Suite, beautiful bathroom and free standing bathtub, had beautiful classical furniture but also the latest Tech - I.E. Apple tv, Foxtel hd etc Exceptional Bespoke Service - it was my girlfriends Bday and the hotel helped organise flowers, rose petals for the bathroom and candles. We used their valet and whilst we waited for our car they provided us complimentary drinks at the bar - Decor , very friendly obliging staff, quality of room . Location and atmosphere .   non ho apprezzato questo hotel :vecchio e tenuto male per essere un 4 stelle - Rate was very reasonable and as such I suspect we had a room yet to berenovated. However, the room was more than adequate for our needs, bothclean and comfortable, with good quality linen and towels.   The breakfast was included in the cost and was absolutely superb. The breakfast staff were awesome. The rooms were clean and large with Foxtel. Great room service on Sunday morning after midnight one of the best steak sandwiches I have ever eaten. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

  Price and location......even though we had a room overlooking the main road......it was noisy the first night but when we realised there were 2 doors it was fine after that - The location was really close to the beach, the staff were professional and friendly. The property looked very well kept, we enjoyed out stay.
