  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country people who don't know melb. - Staff were extremely helpful, nothing w... cosa dice la gente » as a problem and they responded to all questions and requests quite promptly. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.
