The included breakfast was excellent. The little extras in the room were very nice, the hand soap smelled amazing :) I now drink a new brand of tea after being introduced to some of the many T2 flavours, 5 of which were provided in the room.
The snooker table was a nice addition to the bar area.

Boutique hotel with lots of nice touches. Breakfast included was excellent quality and accommodating in gluten free needs. Brilliant location for a weekend in the city for shopping and dining out in Melbourne's best restaurants... So many close by

The luxurious experience of being in the Nolan apartment, 21 st floor in the sub penthouse with an amazing 180 degree view of the city and the docklands area was the highlight of this trip. The view from the apartment was something else! Loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment without even having to ask. The pool and gym facilities are great. Very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are all at your fingertips. The free City Tram and the visitors shuttle are just a short walk away. A few days here and you wouldn't want to go back home!!

Room was comfortable and clean. Parking availability was a big help and reasonably priced. I will return for my next business trip to Melbourne as the location suited my needs well and my overnight stay was pleasant. -

The front desk were very helpful. The couple we stayed wiht had a young child and they were very helpful in providing the best information to us and help where we needed it.

Location is fantastic.
I arrived after midnight so I thought checking in would be difficult as the desk wasnt banned but they had a phone line to call and the lady was fantastic with easy instructions and within 5 mins I was in my room ready to crash. The bed is comfy and the lounge area was great.
So worth the money and more! Will stay there agai

Sufficient space in each apartment. When I complain about the AC system, they upgrade my one bed room apartment into 2 bed room apartment. And the location, nothing could be better than this if you are looking for city life. Security system at night is also well in place.

Great location within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena. Easy to grab a taxi along Jolimont Rd and only a 10 min walk into the city. Lovely facilities, basic but comfortable. Train close by but we could barely hear it unless the windows were open. Great breakfast. -

We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. Will not be staying in city from now on , will be staying at Crest on Barkly. Wish I had known about this place years ago !

I have stayed at the Crest many, many times previously while studying at Swinburne University - a 5 minute drive from the Crest. Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.

Fraser Place was very well positioned for a tourist in Melbourne with the City Shuttle and Circular Tram close by and very accessible. I personally like to visit the Melbourne Flower Show and the Hotel is only a 5 minute walk away from the entrance to Carlton Gardens. Great location in central city but in a quieter part, so no noisy disturbances from outside. The room is set-up with modern décor and all amenities are in modern condition. Plenty of room for 2 people. Staff were friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Fraser Place for a central city stay in Melbourne. We were there for the Australian Open Tennis, and we could walk to / from there in approx 25 mins easily, although trams are nearby too if needed.
