Loved everything. We booked a studio apartment for 2 nights. Very
modern, awesome air conditioning units, a small balcony, sound proof as
well, there was construction going across the road but when inside the
apartment you can't hear anything. Loved the foxtel in the lounge

Lovely apartment, great location that suited our needs perfectly. Close to city, free transport using circle line tram to MCG & city. Etihad Stadium closeby. Mecure suggested Limo transfers from & to airport great value for 3 of us given late night arrival & early morning departure. Appreciated being escorted to our apt by Manager. Will definitely stay again.

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
Everything was clean tidy and more than we had expected. We had a city view king room and it was that and more.

My son goes to boarding school in Melbourne. This has become my second home when I visit Melbourne. Paul and Adrian are friendly and helpful at the reception desk. The train station is right next door. Excellent location for going to the city or shopping in Chapel Street or Praham.

The location was fantastic for exploring Melbourne - close to all the restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel pool was beautiful and I really enjoyed swimming there during my stay. Buffet breakfast was included in my room rates and the choices were plentiful and a great way to start our day.Overall, I was happy with my stay.

We loved Mantra on Russell. From the moment we checked in, the experience was great. Particular mention must be made of Mr Aaron Light at the front desk. He was very professional and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very good and efficient. We have stayed in several apartments in Melbourne during our previous trips there but this is by far the best! Will definitely stay there again!

I came here 18 months ago, also to take part in a seminar and found that there have now been many improvements. The room was much nicer this time and I was very impressed with the way the staff at the bar and restaurant went out of their way to help and please. The food and service were excellent. The conference area was also very good.

The location and ease of parking the car, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always perfect for a short stay eg, bed comfort, mini bar quietness and room service and the restaurant is always great day or evening and the downstairs bar is great for a glass of wine at the end of the day. -

Arriving on a delayed flight into Melbourne via Sydney from Hawaii, we expected all sorts of problems upon arriving very late at the Somerset.

i like there are lots of electric and home appliances, like microwave oven, washing machine, stove, etc. There are shops and supermarkets nearby thus cooking in the room is very convenient esp. my mother is a vegetarian. It also near the melbourne central, queen victoria markets. And many tourist points can be reach on foot. (If you don't mind to walk)

Thoroughly recommend this hotel, especially if you like a bit of room
to spread out, a couch and table to sit on/at, rather than having

Amazing staff, especially concierge who always greeted us warmly and helped us with our twins. Very accommodating and sympathetic to our needs for our 6 month old babies. Well furnished rooms/suites for amazing value. Best location - just around the corner from flinders lane where lots of good restaurants / cafes located. One of the best experiences I've had at a hotel - particularly for the price we paid!
