Located on The Esplanade overlooking Urangan Beach, Pier One Apartments boasts an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness centre. It offers apartments with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony offering ocean views. All guests receive free breakfast provided in-room on the day of arrival. Pier One Apartments Urangan is just 400 metres from Urangan Pier, the departure point for Hervey Bay cruises and whale watching tours. Eagles Nest Golf Course and Hervey Bay Historical Museum are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. The air-conditioned apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a BBQ. Each has a living room offering a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. You can seek sightseeing advice at the tour desk, or enjoy a meal in the BBQ area. The property also offers free parking. Baywater Restaurant is open for dinner, and specialises in fresh seafood, salads and pasta. A selection of fruits, muesli and juices are supplied for breakfast on the first morning.

The manager, Peter, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating if he tried. I emailed in advance as we wanted 2x double beds (myself, my partner and my parents) and as he actually upgraded us for free to a stunning 3 bed apartment - even taking all our luggage up there for us and giving us tea/ coffee/ breakfast packs. After 4 days on Fraser Island we were desperate for good seafood and he recommended and booked us into a superb local restaurant where we had a really fantastic family .

They found us a Barbeque to use on our balcony at Peppers apartments and went out of their way to deliver it to us. Everything!!!!!!!!!!!! The unit was modern, clean, well equipped in a GREAT location - I just wish I had been able to stay there longer. The luxury apartment was very well equipped, and included extras such as coffee pod machine, and free wifi including computer. Very affordable luxury.Apartment 12 is very large and very comfortable.By far the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in. Amazing roomy well appointed apartment in a great location. Nothing. nothing not to like really. Sounds from surrounding apartments. Nothing. Please with entire stay. No privacy on balcony as unit 2 was beside main door. Air conditioning very noisy at night. Nothing. The out door pool was not a heated one. Didn't get wifi pass word. Being left an abrupt message from the man to say the key had not been left. We followed the instructions at the gate and left the key in the lock box. Only to get another call to say his wife didn't look properly. Maybe he should get off his bottom and have a second look instead of blaming guests and other staff. Not a good look. Bedspread has some stains on it, needs a dryclean. This unit was owned by a different operator to the usual pier one owners that we have stayed with before and had no complaints unit 1 was a 3 bedroom but the 3rd room was a pullout sofa when contacted by owner he was very patronizing and did not want to do anything about it but put blame on us that we obviously didn't listen no way would we of booked the room as it was for a wedding and 3 of the groomsmen were over 6ft tall just plain rude.
