Used Cobb as an over-night stop-over between Adelaide & Canberra, as Hay was just over the half-way point. The room was clean, comfortable & value for money. At an extra cost, a made-to-order breakfast was brought to the door, on time. For evening meal, there is a take-away place (or eat-in) within 2 minute walk, but get there before 8pm!. We were recommended to go to local pub for dinner! It was about 200 metres to get there and the BEST MEAL I had all holiday! I wS actually on road trip with my daughter, I'm 53 daughter 26years! We went out to broken hill.

We only stopped overnight so I cannot answer questions 4 and 6. Location was great, easy to find, staff were excellent. looks as though property was getting renovated, but our room was still good without an overhaul. Would recommend!. Off main highway, walking distance to take-aways/dine-ins. Staff were helpful & friendly. Great stop on Sydney to Adelaide via Mildura route. The room was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Happy to respect use of water, and power in these times of drought and rising prices. All you want when you have driven all day is a comfortable room and a good night sleep and the Cobb Inlander provides that :). It was very conveniently placed in the main street. It was clean and comfortable, good value for money. Central location; very prompt response from staff when the remote needed batteries; good size room. Very clean, good condition (recently renovated) amd good value for money for a one night stopover. Lady was prepared to stay up when we were late getting there. Room clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the room, nice and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and approachable. In town, close to shops and easy to find food at night. Price, nothing flash but had everything we needed, comfortable enough. Wasn't expecting 5 star for the price. It's pool was a welcome relief on a very hot day. It was quiet & central to finding a place to eat. Lady at reception was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, close to the centre of town. Location in town. Park at door. LCD TV. only stayed one night, would like to have stayed longer, next time!. Vehicle parking spaces were small and markers were not clear.. However as the motel is in the process of refurbishing this may be fixed in time. No free wi-fi. No breakfast utensils. Strange selection of table - small and inadequate stainless steel outdoor table - must have been on special!. Nothing. Loud air/heat, had to turn it off to sleep. Nothing. Fairly tired. Fridge in same room other than that all was ok. Not a thing. We stayed in 5 star apartments in mildura for only $10 per night more. Very old towels were very thin. My husband uses better towels in his shed. Photos show disability showers. Room did not have disability access or shower even though it was requested. The room was old and knocked around a bit. The radio was broken and ancient. The bathroom - The window had very large gaps that you could see out, so every one could see in. My children would not have a shower at night. Next morning, no hot water. Ran the shower for 25 mins and still no hot water, very angry. Tepid shower on a winter's morning combined with fresh air ventilation in bathroom not a pleasant experience. Room was very old, tired and not value for money. Many notices advising water saving methods yet all taps leaked.
