  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   Excellent room with kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea! We were on the 13th floor so had amazing views of the coast! Very clean and comfortable and a great price for the room / location! A 15 / 20 minute walk to surfers paradise where all the bars / restaurants / amusement arcades / shops are, and the same in the other direction to pacific ... cosa dice la gente » fair shopping center... If it's too warm to walk there is a bus stop outside the hotel door to surfers, or a 5 minute walk to bus stop to pacific fair - All of it, the views, the rooms were spacious and inviting. The area it is in is fabulously close to everything, We literally parked for the whole week. I feel mean only marking the staff GOOD but I literally did not need them or see them other than entering and leaving the resort. They were friendly without being intrusive. Just lovely.

  I personally can't say enough about this place. The lovely ladies at reception are so friendly and service with a smile. I was with my teenager daughter - I felt safe here. Everything we needed was close by. The staff are friendly. Woolworths is across the road. Loved it !!!!
