Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

Location was great. Pool & grounds were nice. Staff friendly & efficient. Late night check in was easy. Carpark good. Facilities in room eg. laundry, kitchen were really good. -

Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.

Denise and Stuart [managers] so helpful, friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed to be a bother to them. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Location was fabulous. Pool and spa well maintained, a friendly relaxing place to unwind. Have already recommended Aruba Surf to family and friends and will definitely go back again.

We stayed at apartment number 18 at level 6. It is a newly renovated unit with 2 bedrooms. Spacious and clean apartment. About 15 to 20 mins walk to big supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 3 mins walk to the main road where the bus stop is. -

Staff were extremely friendly towards children and made them welcome the minute we walked in the door. Great value for money and the facilities were clean and tidy. Despite it's age and perhaps in need of redecorating, Rays is comfortable, clean, close to shops & beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.I won't hesitate to stay again. Loved the walking paths alongside the water just across the road. Nice for a quick swim after walking. Loved the fireworks I could see from my balcony -

A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!). Lots of cafes and shops nearby and a great cycleway along the beach front. Highly recommended! -
