  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours - tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car parking available close to our accommodation.   The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed, centrally located to many facilities and the staff were courteous and extremely helpful - Location was perfect . I liked the room It had every thing I needed for my stay I even stayed another night . The staff was so friendly.

  Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it. Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The booklet needs to be rewritten as the info on the TV ... cosa dice la gente » does not line up with what actually happens. This all took an hour to sort out. The staff were very good and I viewed another room in exchange, howeve - The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.

  I stayed here with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! The rooms are very clean and well presented with everything you need. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They made our weekend away very special. This hotel has all the facilities you could want plus more. During our 6 week trip to Australia we stayed here on 3 separate occasions and each time we couldnt fault the service. The staff were superb, Layla, Kim and Marcus. Each time we returned there was a bottle of wine and chocs waiting in the room to welcome us back and the rooms/apartments were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit the Gold Coast.
