The view was outstanding along with the facilities and friendly helpful staff. There was eveything available that you could want.Security and car parking etc is excellent. Pool and Spa area was lovely with awesome views.
Well kept, conveniently located, excellent view & looking forward to another visit for sure.

Great Location.
As we had travelled for the ANZAC Dawn service at elephant rock, the location was great.

Position is great.
There are no lifts stairs are ok but it is along climb back up from the beach if you want to walk.
If I had to be picky probably the walk up the stairs to the bbq and pool area and the low flying planes.
No instructions on how to work the Austar chanels. Paperwork kept in drawers for everything else but, needs to be updated!.
The aeroplanes flying low over the building to and from the airport.
Apartment needed a good clean couldn't see out windows filthy weeds
growing on balcony fittings behind tv black with dirt.
We had booked our night stay online and were nearly at the hill when we rang ahead to confirm only to find out that the booking was not made and that staff had not checked her e-mail for the booking so was lucky there. Then the only problem was the light in the main bed room didn't work and the fan sounded like I was back in Iraq with choppers comming and going.
-Apartment was filthy. Rubbish and food was found in the couch. There was a wet patch on the carpet.
- Apartment was very dated.
- Very noisy. Could hear the wind howling in the old window fittings.
The apartment that we stayed in was dirty and smelly from the moment we walked in the stairwell.
The kitchen stinks as well as the firniture. It feeks sticky and dirty,
Overall very unpleasent stay. Very dissapointed.
