Cannot believe how amazing my stay was!!

Rather clean facilities in a real quite down to earth location
Was a little scared after some if the negative reviews I read but them people I believe are crazy :)
Beds & pillows are like cloud cushions
& the resort was situated dead centre of all attractions

We were attending a Jazz Festival at the Resort. We found the facilities very good our only disappointment was the lack of understanding of our needs by the catering staff. We waited 32 minutes for coffee on Saturday morning,The catering facilities in the room where the music was played did not open until 5pm, t.he resort missed out on a large amount of revenue. I could see no reason why it old not open at say 10am.Allinall we had a tremendous time and have booked for the same weekend next year

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and gave us great tips of what to go and see. Location was in short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Grounds had great pool and our family room was perfect for our two children who asked to come back again. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

We appreciated the warm welcome on our arrival, the beauty of the surrounds, the comfort of the room - the best nights' sleep in temporary accommodation,- and the kind farewell as our stay came to its conclusion. We hope to be back next year and most certainly recommend you to others who might visit Philip Island. -

Great old world charm lots of character not cold & sterile like a lot of the new modern apartments are these days,really a very nice place to stay,an easy stroll to the beach,shops & restaurants,would stay again. -

We have stayed here before and were very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. It is very bright and spacious. We would recommend you to anyone. -
Clean, had everything we needed to cook, comfortable couches, good water pressure and heat in shower. Good heating, nice and open.

Very well equipped room, with helpful and friendly hosts. The room has a kitchenette/microwave and an outdoor sitting area. Everything!!! What an amazing place! Tim was really helpful and informative about the local area. The house has everything you could possibly need. The views are great from the large balcony, it's so peaceful, the spa bath was wonderful, the artwork (done by Eve herself!) and décor in the house is incredible. We loved this place! Just the place for a relaxing and refreshing break.

Very impressed with the room, heating, layout and kitchenette facilities (2 bedroom with spa). Good heating throughout, clean and all facilities in good condition. Location is very close to Esplanade and walking distance to one and only Halal restaurant (Jeronimo's) in Phillip Island for our take aways. -

Very clean and comfortable motel! Was on a limited budget and was very
pleasantly surprised! Lady on reception very helpful and friendly, told
her we were visiting for the penguin parade and she helped us out with
directions and times and a few tips for the trip! Penguin parade is a
must do! Awesome! Overall, enjoyed our stay very much! -

The cabin facilities were very good and very clean. It is set in amongst large gum trees and was very quiet. Ange and Darryl were the managers and they were sensational - Daryl even drove home so he could lend me his 2 car battery chargers. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Our hosts were the most welcoming you could hope for. The grounds and the gardens were superb. Our room was the perfect setting for a very special time away together as a couple. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room has a great and relaxing feel to it. Definitely would return again -
