I was surprised at how modern the inside decor and furniture was. Very clean with everything a person would want for a long family stay. We unfortunately only stayed one night but we were very happy to have the convenience of been able to wash our clothes overnight!. central, spacious, value for money, accessible. Like many, we booked on line and were unsure of what we would get and were suspicious of reviews, but this was excellent value for money, no shock or surprises and we will use them again.

Each apartment had its own car space. Value for money. Everything needed was in the unit. Handy position. Only 10 minute walk to town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Good location, well equipped, everything you need, comfortable, reasonable rates, parking on site, great hosts. Good place to stay as hub for daytrips from cairns, well equiped appartments for price. Quick trip to rhe city- nice pool. clean friendly atmosphere and close proximity to shopping, restaurants etc. Wonderfully friendly staff. Good value 2 bedroom rooms. quiet, comfortable, good security, good location,. Locality to Esplanade Spacious apartment. Good apartments with cooking facilities. I liked the city of cairns and the people, and the seroundings of cairns beautiful area plenty to do in cairns. We were on the third floor and there were no lifts. We had an elderly person with us who found the steps really difficult. It was also very inconvenient to carry all our luggage upstairs. Older style air conditioners, worked well but noisy, but hey!. It was a bit far to walk to the restaurant strip on the Esplanade. Hot water system too small or needed increase in temperature. Aircon vents needed cleaning. Bathroom needs renovating. Railway next to appartments, feels a bit like living in an industrial suburb, a bit far out of the center. Slow and expensive Wi-Fi ($60 per week per device). Be prepared to set up you own hotspot to share with family. Some noise from Kuranda train (only a few per day). A little far out of cbd... But I was there for a sporting event so had to keep walking in and out of town. very slow wifi. Very noisy in apartment. Could hear neighbours on the toilet. could here every chair that was moved away from the tables!! :(. The pool was a bit colder than expected. I did"nt like our room we slept in there was mold on the wall mold on the pillow, a huge crack in the wall there where ants that would come in through the cracked wall you could smell the mold when you walled in if the fan was not turned on. also i think that the appartment we stayed in needs a paint job allthe way through.
