Friendly staff. Child friendly. Comfortable and clean. Nearby playground, cafes, and town suitable for children. We have used this motel twice now and will use again on road trips!. loved the new light fittings especially the reading lights - hardly anyone has that. new tiles in bathroom. good crockery/cutlery. good tv. good appliances. good bed. Mangers were lovely people,husband n wife team. Will stay there again soon.please forward this onto them .thank you.

Location close to beach, shops and cafes Quiet even with other families with children. Location and friendly service and the extra effort to cater for our special needs. Not much to like ~ very dated and with the birds chirping daily, well sleep and relaxing are not on the cards........ bench is too high for chairs. sofa was low and sank in too much. otherwise good. All good. The chinese restaurant opposite has the worst food that I have eaten. Thought it was a bit overpriced. (We travel frequently). Price too high for what it was (but similar to other motels of same standard in same town). N/A. could only stay one night due to other committments. there is no exhaust fan to get rid of unwanted heat and moisture in the bathroom. felt unwelcome when rang to confirm booking (my husband smokes) after words on the telephone my husband told the woman he would smoke on the footpath. Pity it doesn't have a restaurant for breakfast. Everything was good. They advertised free WI-Fi - this was not available in the rooms - our group had 2 very different room locations and neither had wifi once inside the room - it was available in the carpark but not in our rooms. This was very misleading and annoying. I could not see the value in $155 for the room and the facilities during the winter season. Very dated, noisy birds, bathroom run down ~ took forever for the hot water to come through. Even saw the Biggest Cockroach............
