  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... cosa dice la gente » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  I enjoyed your friendly helpful staff , the staff member even rembered me and that I'm an artist , from my last stay , I was very impressed ... She was brilliant - I'm female in my 40s - so I liked seeing women my age behind the desk ... Good to see !   I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.
