I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy

enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff
I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting

I liked the proximity of the Ensenada to the main shopping area of this beachside suburb. I rarely had to use my vehicle as the beach was virtually at my doorstep as well as a variety of restaurants, hotels and cafes. The staff were very helpful and friendly
There was a good range of TV channels
The hotel had wireless though you had to ask for a new internet code each day.
The hotel was in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk if that from local shops, restaurants, the beach and tram so you didn't have to drive every where!

Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -

We have stayed hre before. We think it is suffering a little from being next door now to the Grand Chifley, which was a Park Royal.
However, the setting opposite parkland, the staff, the rooms are still bright, clean, comfortable - will definitely stay again. My husband really likes a city hotel where you have adequate parking and ease of unloading and loading.

The location was fantastic. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.

The apartment had all the facilities needed for an overnight stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We liked the close to nature,seemingly remote,quiet influence and just being with in 15 minutes of the city. great to see the Koala's in the wild. Even the birds were up close and friendly eating out of your hand. Clean basic accommodation. The views from windows and balcony. Close proximity to shopping center. -
