Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, straight across the road from Glenelg beach. The road in front of the apartment is pedestrians only - no traffic other than cycles so very peaceful.The complex has some very interesting nautical items outside which gives the place plenty of character. The apartment was ideal, perfect for us, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The position of the apartment was superb, right on the seafront with no traffic near. So safe and the town of Glenelg easily accessible. Out door facilities were very user friendly and helped make our stay excellent!

Very clean and well appointed. Very nice kitchen for self catering. Liked the snack packs - a life saver (!) and the plunger coffee was wonderful - a nice touch. I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy

enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff
I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting
and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep there I have had in a long

From the moment we arrived until that when we left we were made to feel welcome and valued. The staff were most attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive, and carried out their duties in a most professional manner. The room was comfortable and contained everything that we needed. The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My father who had never stayed in an apartment previously was so impressed he insisted we stay here again on our return from visiti

Location in Adelaide, walking distance of Budget rental cars! Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -

Sharyn on arrival was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Room was available in the morning even though we got there before checkin time. Room was small but had everything we needed. The two bed apartment was compact and comfortable but at the same time well suited for four people with mod cons and furnishings and nice size TV. Nice to have the balcony onto Hindley St to get out and watch the goings on, nice eating nearby, 2 minute walk to tram and 10 minutes walk to Rundle Mall. Would definately stay again.

Always enjoy an ensuite, and having access to a convenience machine for after hours service was fantastic, the gentleman Greg Moore was fantastic in his mannerism and conduct in organising our stay both over the phone before the stay and whilst we were at the accommodation -

The position, right on Rundle Mall, good value for money, friendly
helpful staff. When we arrived, by car, we followed the directions to
find the hotel but they led us to a dead end street. One of the
receptionists, on being alerted to the problem, immediately went to find
the car and personally guided my husband to the car park. We were
upgraded, without asking, to a spacious 'studio' room.

Overall an excellent place to stay with very friendly helpful staff.
The apartment had great facilities for a medium term stay - good kitchen, excellent washing machine and drier.
Free wi-fi internet and very cheap printing was a real bonus.
Plus, lovely comfortable grounds and a great location for cafes and restaurants.
Also, convenient for the CBD.

The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Care was taken to explain how the parking system worked, and this was easy to understand.
The view to the coast was marvellous.
