  Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  Great position, very handy to where we needed to go. Secure parking is great and the rooms accommodate a family easily. Staff were very accommodating.   The room was very much larger than the norm, and so it was very comfortable to be able to move around without tripping over cases, etc. The staff went the extra mile. Eg, supplying information and maps on how to navigate the unfamiliar city. I was not aware of the transportation limitaons on KI. Within half an hour not only was my shuttle to Pennishaw arranged and a rental car awaiting me there but the return trip as well. This woman did above and beyond. She was the savior of my trip to KI!!!! For future travelors be sure to research KI!!!(-
