  Atmosfera, staff molto gentile, ottima colazione. - The staff were outstanding.They operated as a really good team, nothing was too much trouble and they were a great sight for a weary traveller as I got there after a long flight.My not speaking Spanish was not a problem as they all spoke and understood English very well.They seemed to enjoy the ... cosa dice la gente » challenge. In a word "perfecto". - Absolutely brilliant hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They made all our restaurant recommendations and reservations, helping with plans for the day etc. The location is brilliant for lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Would not hesitate on booking here again.

  Modern boutique hotel in neigborhood of Palermo Hollywood. Its abit further away from old Palermo (about a 15-20 min walk) where most boutique stores and restaurants are situated. Stayed in the junior suite and it was supberb. The room had a kitchen and a lounge area. There's also a gym on the terrace. Overall, it was a warm, comfortable and - Great hotel, immediately felt at home. In Palermo Hollywood near restaurants and bars, very friendly staff, nice design, big and clean rooms, excellent bed, good Wi-Fi, real shower with plenty of hot water, small Spa and Gym on the roof.
