Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet.
The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed
in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered
us some coffee (free!). The neighbourhood is great, and the street is
not noisy. -

The staff was professional and very kind. I felt very safe in the hotel as a foreigner and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It's walking distance to all the hip neighborhoods and great tourist attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will be back.

Both are fluent in english, friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to assist in our site seeing in BA. Maximo arranged a top 10 dinner at the Bo Bo Restaurant and then proceeded to wait on us! A great time. A fun boutique hotel in Palermo.
