All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  I really loved this hotel!!! Staff is very kind and the receptionists helped me in everything... My room was cleant once a day and the room I stayed (double) is very nice.. two bathrooms, two LCD screens on the wall.. the air really works.. lol.   I stayed at V&S for about 3 weeks while taking a Spanish course. The hostel is great. The staff is friendly (and fluent in English), the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable enough and the location is splendid. Decent WiFi as well.
