It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. I loved the staff so much. They went above and beyond what staff do,
even at upscale boutique hotels. They were personable and attentive, and

Staff were outstanding - very friendly and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable. Excellent location, just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, cafes and clubs of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Comfortable rooms and bedding, plus a nice little balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

Room is nice and clean. 10 -15 mins walk to Jumbo supermarket which is very useful for grocery shopping. It is near Gorge new berry airport 5-10 mins by taxi. The area is nice and safe as it is a residential area with lots of apartments. -
