Per un disguido della reception, al mio arrivo la mia prenotazione
(confermata su letsbookhotel.com) non era stata registrata regolarmente e ho
dovuto trasferirmi per la prima notte presso un albergo poco distante,
con immaginabile disagio (anche perché ero stanchissimo). Comunque il
personale ha fatto tutto il possibile per rimediare all'errore,

Tutto, e' la prima volta che mi capita in tanti anni di viaggio non trovare neanche una pecca. Staff giovane ma di elevata professianalià, procedure di check in/out perfette anche se la prima l'ho fatta alle 11 di sera , camere e servizio perfetti, posizione comodissima

Molto pulito, bagno molto ampio, personale molto gentile e disponibile (ci è stato offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto). Colazione buona e varia. Disponibile rete wi fi gratuita nella hall (chiedete la password). L'hotel è in una buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro (plaza de mayo, casa

We loved the hotel, loved the exclusivity, loved the care reception people gave us, loved the room, loved the view, loved the location, loved everything.
Staff is very attentive specially the reception people, location is great. meals are superb, there is a relaxed atmosphere and the rooms are very comfortable.

Ci sono ritornato dopo un anno: volendo visitare un'altra regione dell'Argentina (la Terra del fuoco dopo le cascate di Iguazu) non ho avuto alcun dubbio nello scegliere questo albergo per i giorni di soggiorno a Buenos Aires.

Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Staff were really helpful in printing off boarding passes for us. Rally good selection of food at breakfast served in the lovely airy indoor garden. -
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and knowledgeable offering great recommendations on everything from food to must-see venues. The fact that there was always someone that spoke English was an added bonus.The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious!
