l'ubicazione centrale - Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

The hotel staff were always available and ready for any service requested. Breakfast was good; some changes in the menu could be appreciated by travellers staying for more than two days. Excellent address, walking distance to main avenues, shops and restaurants.

Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet.
The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed
in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered
us some coffee (free!). The neighbourhood is great, and the street is
not noisy. -

The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.
