  The location was good, close to the busy area of Palermo but far enough away that it felt more local. The staff was very nice and the hotel was well-decorated and comfortable. - I really liked the terrace they have upstairs, the location, the common rooms. the staff was really helpfull and nice to us. we had a great stay.
