The TV cable did not work so the desk person on duty came to the room and did everything she could to fix it. She could not, so she moved me to a new room and made sure that TV worked before assigning me the room. -

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Guest laundry was
a huge bonus and the kids loved having swings on the hotel grounds to
blow off some steam before bed. Very clean and comfortable and a great
value for the price. Breakfast was included and delicious and the
location was perfect for shopping, beach access and attractions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite new. Our room was spacious (it contained two big beds, two tv's, a lounge area with a sofa and a desk) and clean. There was even a microwave and a little fridge. The wifi internet connection in the room was easily accessible and very fast. The hotel's location is okay (along the highway)

Our family was up here because our Mom had a heart attack while vacationing up north and was in ICU at Munson Hospital. The room was had was comfortable and convenient for us to use as we made our way back and forth to the hospital.

The pool area was nicely maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft & fluffy. good nights sleep here! right across from the east bay in traverse city. lots of beach side parks to take in the view or swim. good food in walking distance. -

We could walk out of our room onto the beach. The staff was more than accommodating in every possible aspect. They made restaurant & winery recommendations and helped us with directions to local sites. The breakfast was very good and there was a staff member there constantly keeping all the options filled. The staff was friendly and polite. The facility was clean with a well-maintained beach. Breakfasts were more than I expected. Pretty much continental style with a lot more choices. Kid friendly with arcade and indoor swimming pool. All around, it was a very enjoyable experience for my wife and me.

We liked the fact we had a room that viewed the water in Traverse City! The gal at the desk was very accommodating, we arrived early and she could accommodate us and offered us different rooms to choose from on the 3 floors available so that is why we got the view!

I was there as part of a book tour in the region, with my wife, and our ten year old black lab. The place was perfect for us, close to downtown, easy to get out of the city. Friendly staff, very helpful. Whirlpool and pool pleasant. Microwave and fridge were essential for a five night stay. -

That there was a lounge for drinks & food to order so that we did not have to go out in the evening to find a place to eat. -

The room was very spacious with separate bedroom and bath. The bed was very comfortable with lots of storage for our clothing during our stay. Washer and dryer is available in the room so there is no need to bring extra clothing for longer stays.
