Comfortable, clean, friendly. Pleasantly surprised with the breakfast....make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, bagels, danish, yogurt,... Well pleased with our stay! -
I love this place! Always super clean bedding and facilities. The
location is ideal because it is only 2 minutes from Penn State.

I can't say enough about this place. I am always a bit leary when
booking at a motel, but I need not have worried at the Nittany Budget
Motel. To begin with, unlike a lot of other motels, this was not
situated in "the middle of nowhere" off a depressing highway.

Motel old but ok. We were out to hike in Rothrock S.P. and the location was excellent. A good surprise was Harner's Farm shop right across the road, that was a great place for buying apples & co. and our son loved the corn maze and the halloween spooks.

The staff was quite helpful, and the manager seemed to have the solution to any issue that came up at her fingertips. It was a quite pleasant trip thanks to her, and the whole staff was focused on making sure we were satisfied the whole time. Oh, and EVERY local restaurant they recommended was awesome! -
