Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Hotel was very nice. Restaurant catered to the guests. Having special little plates for a snack after the play at the theatre across the street; just the thing we were looking for at a great price.
Bell staff was very nice and able to provide us with all the information we requested. -

The staff were friendly and gave us directions to the Ferris Wheel. This
hotel was in the perfect location, you could walk to wherever you wanted
to go. The room looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was very
comfortable. I highly recommend!

This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and
has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the
Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet,
theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre.
Excellent parking available at no additional cost - a joy indeed. T

establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks
etc. -
I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.

This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Breakfast is buffet and quite adequate with good coffee. Rooms are a good size, clean with bathroom and coffee bar, tv and all the usual bits

Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.

worried that, not having accounted for the wait for the cab at rush

Our room was extremely comfortable, with a king size bed that had beautiful linen and comfy pillows. The bathroom was a great size. One very favourite thing for us was the hot drink maker. As we don't drink coffee, we can't normally make a cup of tea without the coffee flavour being in the water, but at Hampton they have disposable cups that take the heated water and then you add coffee or tea. Very nice & welcoming place, friendly and very helpful staff. We had a problem with our (shared) bathroom - we were moved to a different (bigger) room for free without any discussions. The neighbourhood is perfect! The immediate area is very safe and walkable with beautiful old mansions and peekaboo views of downtown and the Olympic Mountains. Broadway is an easy 3-minute walk with no hills.
The room was enormous and tastefully appointed with very comfortable beds.

It is the best hotel I have stayed this time in USA. There is a coffee machine in the lobby offerig free coffees and teas to guests. The room is clean and comfortable. I was looking for a hotel in between downtown and North Gate Mall area where my children live. It was perfect. Right off the freeway but still quiet. Very secure. Walking distance to Trader Joe's. Delivery from local restaurants. Will absolutely go back everytime I visit.

The location was excellent! I was in town for my anniversary to see a show at Key Arena and it was great to not have to fight traffic after the show. I like that they have a shuttle that takes you downtown or a destination nearby...and they come and pick you up. They are always on time, with personnel that are knowledgeable (except how to get to the freeway) and friendly, it is close to the University - you can walk to many places. There is breakfast and Tullys Coffee in the room. You save on parking because you can walk or take a shuttle. It feels like home,

We used the complimentary shuttle service almost everyday, and they were always easy to book and we were usually the only ones on the shuttle. They got us to many places in the U District, as well as to bus stops that would take us to further tourist attractions. There is always free tea and coffee in the lobby. -

Location!! Walking distance from Seattle landmarks, tourist attractions
and great restaurants. The art in the hotel was phenomenal and the
ambiance was unique. Staying at Hotel Max made me feel like I was part

I'm a graphic designer, so the modern design elements certainly appealed to me. The bedding was fantastically comfortable as well. Location was convenient to EVERYTHING for us during our stay. The staff was very accommodating to our early arrival time, and always very friendly and professional.

My husband and I looked at several hotels and the rooms at Homewood suites were bigger, and had more amenities than other hotels in the area. The decor was very classy and modern, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Staff was very accomodating. We were allowed to check in early, and were treated very respectfully. The room was spacious, clean and a great value compared to downtown hotels charinging beyond premium pricing for very small rooms. Kitchen was a huge plus. Location to downtown and Seattle in general was great.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, convenient to everything (incl convention center - 1/2 block),was about $100 less than surrounding hotels, had a separate living room/sitting area (not all rooms are like this, but staff let me pick the layout of my room), had to leave early and they agreed to refund balance on a "non-refundable room! -
