  Petit déjeuner très bien - The staff was friendly and helpful. It was exactly what we needed as an overnight stop on our way from Southern Ontario to Thunder Bay. The pool and hot tub were a welcome way to relax after a long drive.   Staff is really helpful and also rooms were really clean & comfortable..Hotel location is gr8. (walmart accross & dinning places around) - I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. The manager was willing to "go the extra mile" to help.

When I forgot something and called a day later, I was assured that it would be mailed to me. When we needed extra blankets and towels they were brought to our room very quickly. I've stayed at this hotel since visiting a nephew in Sault Sainte Marie and will continue o do so until he graduates.
