Being 77 yrs old, and having a few physical difficulties, I appreciated the room very close to entrance, 1st floor, convenient to breakfast area. my 1st stay - not my last. Great price. Friendly staff. -

Convenient location for city trip and Frisco airport. Offers free
shuttle to airport and bart station which is attached to a mall. Has a
variety of good restaurants at walking distance, among which the Italian
was excellent. -

I liked the effort of the Inn to minimize the use of single-use plastic
at the breakfast. The hotel is located near a street, San Mateo, with
very good ethnic cuisines, especially an Italian restaurant called West
Coast Cafe.
The Inn also provides free shuttle service. I advise that you call the inn from the airport to alert the staff where you ar

Less than 10 mins drive from sfo. On bus route to central sf. Bart
station is within walking distance of hotel. Area is safe and clean -
after a long drive we walked to the mall 1/2 mile away. Staff very
helpful and allowed us to change rooms for one with different facilities
for the same price. Rooms are large and clean, and breakfast is
sufficient for either flying out or moving on.

near the airport. Comfortable. Basic.

Very comfortable. Nicely appointed decor. Nice in-room touches, like
microwave, fridge and safe. Variety on continental breakfast. Friendly
staff willing to share helpful navigation information. We were favorably
impressed and could come back. -

Amanda, the front desk gal, was great. She spent about 10 minutes planning our itenary for the BART transit system and the different bus lines we would ride in SF. She also helped me find my lost phone (lol). She was very down to Earth, friendly, and professional.
We liked the closeness to the airport, literally across the freeway.

Close to airport. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was convenient, nothing special, .normal bucket eggs and waffles with yogurt, cereal etc. Parking was convenient.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The counter was very nice, even if
the first room she showed me didn't smell good she replaced it
immediately. Breakfast is basic but good. Very close to the airport and
to shopping centers. Good free parking and free internet. It is basic
hotel but definitely best value for the money. -

Value for money and the staff was nice to me. -
Bedroom was large, bed was comfortable. Having a refrigerator was a plus. Would have been easy enough to supply a plug-in coffee pot to heat water for tea at least.
