  Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked fine, nice location. - Nice -sized room and bed. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator.

  Everyone was very nice. The kitchen worker was very nice and heated my milk for my special cafe mocha that I make. She was very willing to do this little extra something. It was also nice to have a cart to get luggage to the room. - Very nice; great retreat from our home in Mass that had no heat or hot water.   When I arrive late on Monday night, The lady at the reception find out that the hotel did not have the booking made for me. However, she insisted that she will book a room for me whatever the situation. Thanks also that I have a copy of the letsbookhotel.com reservation, it make it easier for her. All other staff ( such as the lady at the reception at departure, the waitress in the din - It is by far the best value in the area we come to visit our daughter who goes to brown university the convience of the outdoor parking ( all the downtown hotels are much more expensive and you have to valet park which is a big hassle) we started staying there whe it was the johnson and wales Inn the breakfast was incredible at that time that was the only disappointment when it changed hands to the hilltop inn was that the breakfast was more generic although perfectly fine
