The staff is great! I couldn't work the coffee maker in the room and the front desk guy brought me 2 cups of coffee at 6 am..the lounge with the free snacks and yogurt and water is amazing and a classy touch. Our second time a this facility. We love the resort-style, park-like setting, spaceous and modern rooms and personable staff. It's also nice to have such quiet surroundings. The beds are extremely comfortable. Top-notch restaurant.

I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I would definitely stay

WOW, where to begin!? I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. -

Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break.

The restaurant food was tasty and satisfying; the kids menu (espcially the macaroni and cheese) was very good, too. -
I enjoyed many of the restaurants in the area and I like the proximity to Seattle, Bellingham and Vancouver. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms

The friendly and helpful housekeeping supervisory staff when our room keys would not work - went out of her way to get us new cards to our room after checking to ensure we were guests. Excellent breakfast and pleasant breakfast serving staff -

My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and so proud of the Hotel, which was nice to hear. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. Spotless, friendly and Old World Charm, with good old fashioned manners and service.

The location of this hotel right on Lake Washington is really great and the view across the lake toward the mountains is really good. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.
Friendly helpful staff, well appointed rooms (get a lake view) and good food but you need to book the restaurants. -

While it seems to be predominately a business hotel. I was in Vancouver for my granddaughter's graduation. I had the grandchildren take turns staying with me to enjoy the pool and shopping; the hotel was really welcoming to these well-behaved children and we all enjoyed their stay.

I have stayed here a couple times before. It is a perfect place to stay. I used to prefer large hotels. But since finding Heathman Lodge I always stay here. Ambiance is perfect! Rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed. Restaurant is gourmet. All levels of staff are well-trained and efficient and always ready to serve with a smile. Have I said enough to convince you to book a room? I hope so!!!!! You will be glad you did!!!!!

Upon checking in, I was exhausted from traveling (sale rep) and the
gentleman checking me in (forgive me I can't recall his name) was
wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. He took time to answer my
questions and even suggested an upgrade. I liked the offer. He is also
