  I loved the folk running the motel, it was a 10 minute walk to town, it was clean and I felt very comfortable at the 8 and the price was very fair, especially as the A.C.L. festival was running as well and they could've hiked their prices up like other motels have done, Im very happy to stay at the 8 again, I have no complaints at all. - A relati... ce que les gens disent » vely inexpensive hotel very close to the Capitol and my new job. Rooms come with a small refrigerator, microwave, table/sitting area for two where you can eat or do work, free wifi (which worked really well by the way), and a flat screen tv.   The gentleman at the front desk was just that: a gentleman. Very elegant and polite--wow! Room was very clean and large, although the sofa looked pretty soiled. - I chose a less expensive hotel because we just needed a place to sleep an we were pleasantly surprised. It was very comfortable and clean.

  The location was excellent for the areas I was visiting- close to I10 to get to Houston and we also found that College St took us to Houston also and the FCC was 15 min drive at the most. I had no expectations for a contential breakfast, so I wasn't disappointed or overjoyed either, but it came in handy.
