  We enjoyed the setting and placement of the hotel off the road near the river. We were happy to be shown the renovations taking place and thought the gentleman staying upstairs who shut us up at merely 10:30pm was a jerk! The courtyard and fireplace was great.   We liked the price that we paid for the room. Nothing fancy but wanted to go see our son and his wife and this fit our budget. The staff are very friendly. - Staf was very frendly, Room remodled Like New, very Clean, Good Bed I would stay there again.

  Liked the location right in Ft. Davis. Liked being upstairs from a fairly good restaurant. Like the rustic character but clean rooms. Overall, we liked that this was a down to earth place that felt like we were in a cultured small town in Texas mountain country, which is what Ft.   So close to the ocean, heated pool, kitchen in single room was great, coffee very good, no loud people partying or children making noise was nice - Our view from the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean, there were a few things under the bed left behind from previous travelers.
