  The hotel was quite adequate, amenities were the usual type things. The hotel was so extraordinary in that the chef was grilling steaks and fixing potatoes, onions & peppers on grills outdoors! You could sleep all day. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk where all the restaurants are. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes).
